If you have answered Yes to any of these questions – Meditation can help. It allows you to quieten your mind, become focused. Gives you direction and answers to questions you may have. Helps you make decisions. It also helps with anxiety, stress, aids relaxation,  sleep and gives you a sense of Peace.

I am running a 4 week course if you would like to learn Meditation as well as breathing techniques. You will work at your own pace, in the lovely setting of The Dimplewell Lodge Hotel, Ossett, West Yorkshire. The course starts on Wednesday 7th November 2018 at 7pm – 9pm, and be will on the following 3 Wednesday’s 14th November, 21st November and 28th November.

It is £40 in total. £20 deposit will secure your place. The remaining £20 will be required to be paid 2 weeks before the course starts.
