It keeps your muscles healthy and reduces blood pressure too.

My interest in Massage began with Aromatherapy, all the benefits the different oils have to offer. Leading on to the different types of massage, keeping the body healthy, naturally.
I trained as a Holistic Massage therapist at the Prestigious White Rose College in Leeds, undertaking intensive training and gaining VTCT level 3 in Swedish Massage. I have extensive experience and hold qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Hot Stones Massage , Chakra balancing and Pregnancy massage too and I am a member of the CThA (Complementary Therapists Association). I have hand picked the different oils I use and I am very proud to be able to offer the Zephorium Oils, which are simply the best Oils I have come across.
